Anyone ever use Cannon Plugs on their trucks?

Because of work i have access to excess cannon plug connectors, I've been thinking of using them for quick disconnects for lights and such. but pretty much anything i would like disconnected quickly. mainly i really hate the brittle plastic clips on all the connectors on the truck. i hate them with a passion..

I'm just curious if anyone has used them and what they used them for. what do you think of the idea and so on.

What would you do with cannon plugs?
