Absolutly, but not sure if youd be happy with shipping cost on top of box build, my prices are good but after a solid box is built shipping would likely be hefty coming from jersey

Haha yeah I'm all the way in Ohio so that quite a haul wish I could figure out the correct way to design a box really want my system hooked up

Something you could do is research functional specs on the box. Download google sketch to get down your perameters and go to the12volt.com and use their calculators

Big Jack, there's lots of good box builders in Ohio. I can get you a rough design put together if you are confident enough in your building skills to do it yourself. If not, I can get you in contact with some people who would be able to do it, but be prepared to pay for a box for a sub that big.

Im confident with my buildng as ive built boxes before just not exactly sure on port design amd stuff like that

Give me a couple hours and I'll get you a design whipped up.

I forgot to get it designed, lol.

Here you go:

Use 1" MDF and use 4 dowel rods 3/4" thick to brace the enclosure internally.

Subwoofer displacement is .29 cubic feet, bracing displacement is .12 cubic feet.

24" high 36" wide 33" deep (outer dimensions)

Port 22" high by 7" wide by 21" deep

Gross volume 13.42 ft^3
Net volume 10.06 ft^3
Tuning 34.45hz
Port Area 154"^2
Port per foot 15.31"^2

Cut sheet is:
2x 36"x33" Top and Bottoms
2x 36"x22" Front and Back
2x 22"x31" Sides
1x 22"x20" for the port

This enclosure design meets the Kicker specs for the SUV enclosure for the Solo X 18, which is the optimal daily enclosure for it. Kicker recommends 10 cubes tuned to 35hz with 150" of port area. Kicker also suggests no more than 4500 watts peak in that enclosure.

Any questions, just post them in here :)

Thank you very much man wish there was a way to thank someone on here

No problem. If you have any questions, give me a shout. Once you get it done, if you need to do some testing or want to get your SPL score, give me a shout, I have an SPL Labs USB meter, and it's every bit as accurate as the Termlab.
