One of the recommendations here is to replace the stock 20 PSI radiator cap with a 16 PSI one which puts less pressure on the radiator.

do you have a part number for said 16 psi cap? only ones I'm finding available to fit are 20 psi.

I got one for a 2000 explorer it was 16psi and fit my 2008
