anyone running Kumho SAT KL61?

Noticed some mild cracking on my Michelin LTX M/S yesterday, and ran across these online while browsing for replacements.

They have impressive ratings on Tirerack: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/surveydisplay.jsp?type=ORAT, and load rating 105S are $102 each

They also have the mountain/snowflake symbol, so they should do well in winter.

Not a huge fan of the flame sidewalls though. Just more places for dirt to get stuck in, and to make applying protectant a PITA.

I have had great results from Kumho in car tires. I run a pair of Kumho ECSTA HP4 716 on the rear of my Paseo during winter. Ran numerous sets on a 2001 Honda Civic EX coupe. Folks ran some on a 1991 Toyota Camry.

I'm actually looking for new rubber, in a month or two could you give a product review, on these. Since the brand works well with your civic then i hope these work out too.

Haven't bought anything yet, so no reviews from me...

Running a set of Kumho KR-21s...

I am on these on my Explorer Sport...I run these because of the road hazard warranty that comes with them...The first set I ran wore out before 85000 miles and Kumho pro-rated them and it almost paid for the new set...

These have been an exceptional tire for me on this truck and on other vehicles I have owned...Even when the first set was worn pretty well to the wear bars they STILL stuck to the road when wet or with debris or sand on the road...

The cost of the tires for me was a factor on the first set but the warranty and the way they stand behind them keeps me as a customer...The fact that the truck handles like a sports car doesn't hurt either...

Well i was just wondering, i did notice that it is a jeep Cherokee in the pictures
