Apple Car play reciever

Has anyone installed one of these recievers in their ex? I have a 02 Sport with the factory in dash changer. I am looking to replace the factory head unit with this head unit http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130SPDA120/Pioneer-SPH-DA120-AppRadio-4.html

Not a huge fan of the Apple Car Play system. Much prefer Android Auto.

Either way, Pioneer makes great quality decks, so you should be safe.
