Looks great man!

great job, looks like it was made for the ex :chug:

Bad ass! looks great.

What was the model # of the ARB bumpers front and back?

It looks really nice. You must have lucked out to find such a good fit.

I've been toying with the same idea but I was measuring off of a 2000 Tacoma. Is there much of a difference between the 94 toy pickup and the tacoma front ends? I would imagine that the mounting is almost the same as that for the pre-runner front bumper from CRLCustoms...cutting the front of the frame off and all.

The front ARB came off of my wrecked 94 Toy, and yes there is quiet a difference from the Tacoma. The Tacoma is wider. As far as the part number the ARB I ordered it from www.performanceproducts.com and their part number is 168590, sorry no manufacture number same for the rear which is a Smittybilt. Which is their number107151 for black, also comes in chrome. These are expensive bumpers and I wouldn't suggest buying unless you are comfortable with cutin and torchin something new. My case was use it or loose it. I waited to long for'em to just sell them at used prices when less than a year old.

Are you sure that the Taco is larger? The measurements I took were just about a spot on match to my Explorer. Is is the Tundra that you're thinking of?

No, the Tacoma. I thought you were asking about a comparison between a 90-94 pickup and a 95-01 Tacoma. As far as a comparison between my 96Ex Sport and my 94 Toyota SR5, the X is wider. If you look at the front of a Toy frame, there is a box running between the frame rails. By removing that box at the welds it will fit with a little grinding (about an eight of an inch) on each end right between the rails of the X. I bolted the box onto the bumper and held the bumper in place with a floor jack and two stands marked the frame removed the bumper then welded the box on the frame. After this just bolted the bumper on as if it were made for my X. I had of course, to set, mark, remove the bumper, held up the box and repeat the whole process. If anyone is interested I can do a complete step-by-step that would not include paraphrasing.
