As It Idles..smokes?

Hey guys..another question (2). When I start my explorer, it starts ok..runs well..after it sits and idles for like 10 minutes...I start getting white smoke from the exhaust...any ideas...
Also...after it runs awhile...I am getting fluid that leaks..(boils) out of the radiator cap...thnx in advance

...not a good sign...white smoke is definately water...may be a head gasket leak or a crack...

Agreed. Time to pull the heads.
