PS Cam!! I know how you feel man. I just cleaned my rig through-out completely today and then it hit me - why Am I doing this???? I'm gonna get it all muddy next Saturday!!!!

**** happens!! Just to let you know that I might be a "no show" for the Attica run. Long story boys and girls but it looks like everything is just starting and who knows how long it's gonna take. My car was stolen Friday, my Bimmer that is. Cops recovered it today, I just came back from the auto pound. Almost froze to death looking for my car in the field probably as big as hell. I was looking for wrong color. Mine was white and now it's, well, metal, burned metal to be correct. Some idiot just stole it, drove it and then set it on fire. My speculation is that it was used to commit a crime and then burned to cover up the tracks. Some story ha????? Now all that sh** with Police and my insurance company is gonna start so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get away for our run. I'll see. You know, I might even stay home just to make my wife and kids happy as they really went through hell with the car being stolen and stuff.

Sad day today. When they called saying they found the car I was happy....well......untill I saw it.

Well, heck!! Life goes on!

That really sucks Andre hope you can make it, but we'll understand. There are more important things in life. Maybe we'll catch you next time? That's really too bad about your car, I would have been pretty upset myself, what a hassle.

Sorry to hear the bad news Andre. Hopefully you have a good insurance carrier that will just take care of it and not give you a bunch of grief.

Hope we still see you in Attica, sounds like you'll need the relaxation. Besides, the insurance companies don't work on saturdays or sundays and the cops will be in the donut shops. They will catch up with you the next monday.

Called riff tonight, he's out in the garage working on his lift so it sounds like it should be done in time for the run.

I tell you, Riff is gonna do anything and everything to get his lift on. I just hope it's not gonna fall apart somewhere in the field. Well, Riff, don't worry, if anything we'll just pick-up the pieces and put it back together. Should I bring my MIG with me,? If I come that is?

I'm sorry to hear about your Bimmer. It was probably just some punk kid that took it joy riding, other wise it would have been stripped and you never would have recovered it. I'm just glad that they didn't get the truck, those rat *******s. I am probably gonna leave here at about 4:30 or 5:00. I am gonna have to bring the dog with, I hope that no one is allegeric. I'll understand if I have to get my own room.

Who is slated to stay in the room with us Andre? Just you me and Riff? I don't think my lackey will be attending. He's blown all of his money at the bars. Let me know whats going on this week Andre.

This lift if pissing me off....i cant get the damn shocks off...im going to have to cut them off....grr...so anyway...it'll be done sometime...i hope......

Damn, just one obsticale after another. Cutting off those shocks should be a piece of cake. The rear shocks are your challenge. Remember those square U bolts I was talking about, they are stock on a ranger. I don't know if you have a junk yard near you, but you might be able to snag some from there and that way you can change your mount to the right position. Better yet, you can get them at your autoparts store with one of those lift block kits. Just some more ideas. You need to change that though, your shocks definitely won't work the way it is know.

Riff, the price you pay for the lift is hard to swallow to begin with but then come hidden charges. Charges like replacing half the truck cause you couldn't get some parts off or because you had to brake some parts in order to get some off. Things like this I had to deal with when I put on my body lift. Had to replace half the bushings, get new bolts, nuts, brackets, cut my push bar, bla, bla, bla. Lift was only $60.00. right?????

Damn Andre! Sorry to here about your BMW. I had a Toyota stolen a few years back. The a-holes did the deductible worth of damage. Never rode the same again. I hope your car was fully insured. Just try and remember, no matter how much it sucks, it's just stuff. Don't let the sorry SOBs have the pleasure of bringing you down man. I hope we get to see you this weekend but we all understand if you don't make it.

BigDave. Just make sure you hang on to your dog this time (LOL). Although, you running around after your dog makes for some funny pictures.

Anyway, my brother will be riding shotgun with me on Saturday.

Well guys just as I suspected I'm going to have to ***** out on this trip. I have a leadership retreat at a (hopefully) future coop place that I have to attend to. That and my girlfriend's grandma was just put into the hospital so I wouldn't be able to leave town anyways. I'll be able to make a trip with you guys here eventually. Sorry. I hope you guys have fun and I can't wait to see some pics.

Arrrrgh - Work

Well, bad news, at least for me - I have been blessed with the "opportunity" to work Saturday. Actually, it's pretty much mandatory. It's what happens when you have an understaffed department and someone takes a personal day. So, I won't be making the trip either. Too bad I didn't have any vacation time left, as taking a vacation day friday would have protected my Saturday.

Andre, sorry to hear about your Bimmer. Man, that sucks. I guess I don't feel so bad about working Saturday, knowint that things could be much worse. Good luck with that.
