I dont know of a rebuild kit persay, BUT, i know a member here by the name of Kris Guilbeaux takes broken auto hubs and rebuilds them. Here is a link to his WTB Ad . From there, you can email or PM him, and ask about his rebuilt hubs.

Personally, I think they suck. I have just replaced ones on my 92 with WARN manuals. Better quality, backed by a warranty, plus, its eliminates any wheel drag due to hubs that arent fully unlocking. Therefore, better gas mileage.
I know you said you wanted to stay stock, but its the better option as far as im concerned. Plus it beats getting them from Ford at 350 a pop.

Welcome!

A member here, Kris Guilbeaux, buys broken auto hubs and sells rebuilt ones.

thank-you maybe i should go to manual hubs do you know what parts i need to make the conversion?

If i remember right, you have a choice between WARN, Mile Marker and I THINK...THINK Superwinch makes hubs.
As for what youll need is the hubs themselves and the auto to manual hub conversion kit, which contains 2 hub nuts and a lock washer. Also pick up a manual hub nut socket. All in all, for the WARN hubs, I paid about 240 for the hubs and conversion kit.

Oh and I forgot to say, WELCOME!

thank-you for the info. i will check it out .

since your that far into it you may want to take the extra time to replace your rotors, wheel bearings, pads...

i did

alreadyreplaced bearings, rotors and pads, went to v.i.p auto parts for manual hubs. they gave me all wrong parts. called today, asked for price on what you told me,they told me dont carry part # 29071 k. only20971,and conversion kit #27977. when they were done with me it came to 243.00 + tax.
