Automatic to manual hubs.

hey im new to this.. i have a 1992 ford explorer 4x4 an i was wounderin changen the automatic to maunal locking hubs do i need the stick to change it to 4wd or what do i need.. an im also lookin for the front drive wheel spindel.. help please
