After being absent from this board for 2 1/2 years I'm back. I previously had bought my wife a 98 Explorer Limited 5.0 but dumped it in favor of an 02 Expedition. Yea, my wife likes em' big. Haha. Recently sold that to ditch the $400/month payment and just brought home a 00 Mountaineer 5.0 AWD. It's in very good shape, has 107k miles and I bought it for a good price (cash!). Bye-bye payments. It's got all the toys, has a very good maintenance record and its 2 tone green which is my wifes favorite color. Anyway, it does need a few things like shocks & fluid changes. No big deal. What's cool is my wife has already asked me what kind of exhaust is going on. Thats my girl!! I'll be lurking and learning, I don't post often, but will only if I can add something. Thanks for a great forum. You guys rock. Btw I drive an 03 Crown Vic LX Sport!
