Hey everyone just sold my 92 explorer and bought a 2002 XLT with the sport package. It is very nice. I have a back up sensor on it as you all probably know and the sensors work but the bracket has suffered some damage and i want to replace it I have no idea what this part is called or if there is a part number for it. this is the part i am talking about.

I want to fix it and would appreciate any help. Thanks

Have you taken it off to see if you can straighten it out?

Maybe check the junk yards for a replacement.

Good luck. :biggthump

Check with the dealer parts counter for the diagram. I had this in a pile of service receipts from the previous owner but tossed them after I made a list of the older services. I only recorded the part #s for parts replaced so it's gone... I'm in the same boat but will likely just use a self tapping screw from the outside. Yes I know it's a redneck repair... no offense to anyone but my truck is twelve years old!
