Back window hatch will not open

When you push the button is it like it's disconnected ?
if it is, it's not unlocked,, toggle the electric switch for the unlock a few times, till you hear it unlock , and than try it again,,
if it feels like it's doing something , it may be frozen, down,
can you open the hatch but not the window ??

Soak the latch with WD40, liquid wrench, PB blaster, what ever you can get your hands to grab.
