Navigation, no. Can't be done unless it comes from the factory that way (but certain Ford representatives have indicated that it may be possible through a software upgrade at a later, unspecified, date. Got the impression that one should not hold their breath for that to become reality).

The navigation and backup camera can’t be added after the vehicle is built, like Vince explained. If you’re willing to go with a backup warning sensor instead, you could try the Bumper Mounted Warning Sensors by Echomaster – Reverse.
