ok my x leans pretty bad on the drivers side like ive got a lead block in my gas tank, replaced all shocks, new front and rear springs, add a leaf in the back (rear end still sags:( ), f-150 spring seats, new radius arm bushings. does it even when the gas tank is empty. might not help that im 280 lbs haha( need to lay off the whataburgers) regardless it still does it when im not in it.
any help is much appreciated.

Shackles? Leaf Spring Bushings?

Have you tried swapping springs from Drivers Side to Passenger side?

You say you have new springs...are they REALLY new? Or just new to you?

Ryan

the shackles and bushings look fine,

swapping the springs sounds like a good idea but i still dont know how to raise the rear end,

shackles yes but if i have shackles and add a leafs how will i ever be able to raise it higher in the future

Spdrcer has a good question- if you're now entertaining swapping "new" springs to the other side, are they really new? Becasue if not, that's your issue right there... The old springs sag, lowering the rear end.

Shackles will give you between 1.5" and 2". An add a leaf (AAL) will give you another 1.5" to 2"

If you find yourself needing more than the 3"-4" of lift those 2 items give you, you can install a body lift (BL), for 2" to 3" more inches for a total of 5" to 7" of lift.. OR you can go to a Spring over Axle (SOA). Like the Rangers have. That will give you 5.5" of lift, by itself.

So, if you have a Shackle, AAL and SOA that gives you about 8.5-9.5" of lift...add a BL and you have 10.5-12.5". And if you STILL need more lift than that...you can buy a NEW set of springs that are re-arched for greater lifts...those options are too numerous to list...

Swap the rear leaf springs left to right, then add some weight (tools, recovery gear, subwoofer, whatever) in the right rear of the cargo compartment and it comes closer to evening out.

ok well i cant do a SOA cause i need my sway bar, and i already have an AAL.

can i add another AAL?

i have F 150 spring seats in the front so if i put shackles i reckon itll be too much.

the leafs are newer but to answer your question no they are not "brand new"
but i cant afford new springs, so ill swap sides and see what happens.

SOA would only be if you wanted a huge 5-6" lift for 33-35 inch tires. You can keep the sway bars with longer links, but at that height, good shocks control it better than bothering with a sway bar.

Two AAL's on the same spring is both pointless (since the AAL springs would be the same length) and unsafe. It would probably ride like a dump truck, too.

Swap the springs side to side first and let them settle and then see where you're at on ride height. I'd guess with the AAL in back and F150 seats up front it should be pretty good.

If the rear still winds up sagging just a bit, but not enough that you'd want 1.5" more lift from WAR153 warrior shackles, try the WAR123's. I put them on my stock springs and got just enough lift (about half an inch or so) after the side-to-side swap that it looks and works better than ever, whether it's with a few hundred pounds in back or towing a few thousand.

Of course, you could always remove the AAL and just use the WAR153 shackles in the rear to match the spring seats in the front.
