I just bought this explorer the other day, and I've noticed that during braking the steering wheel will shake pretty bad and the truck seems to pull to either side as well. also i seem to have no brake pressure. Today I took the front wheels off and bled the brakes, while I was at it I checked out the rotors but they didn't look to be warped and the pads are almost new.

Any advice? I'd like to fix this tomorrow as it's pretty bad and I need this truck fixed as it's my dd.

Yeah I figured that so I picked some up earlier gonna throw them on with some new pads and see what happens. Have any tips for getting the pins out that hold the calipers on?

Is there anything else I should do while I'm doing all this?

Wheel bearings would be worth replacing, they're plenty cheap, and since you'll be in there....can't think of anything else though. Always a good idea to give what you can a thorough cleaning, including auto hubs if you have them.

got the rotors on today and no more shaking. next I gotta tackle these sagging doors : / thanks for your help.
