I'm gonna post this here, but if rick wants to start a new thread feel free.

I got good news and bad news.

Good news: Night run is no problem.

bad news: Night run costs 500.00$ for under 40 trucks and another 500 if you go over 40 (which shouldn't be a problem) Time is from 7:00 to 11:00 and you have free reign of the park.

So, if we have 25 trucks on the night run that's 20$ a piece. I wasn't aware that it was that expensive, but if we have enough people it might not be.

Wow, why didn't I see this earlier. I just might drive out for this. Hey Matt, you can ride shotgun if you want, I'll take that ride on the strip....lol.

Ya, I know I'm late....sorry.

Matt

Not nearly too late Matt... It would be good to see you again

Man, $500 sure is a lot of money for a night run! I'm up for it, but we better be sure we have enough interest to keep the price per person within reason.

That's what I'm sayin! Thought I'd post it soon enough so we could all decide before hand.

OH, and the campground will be opening under new management this year. Not real sure what that will mean, just saw that on the sign when I went over there last week.

Likewise!

If there are 20 or more drivers it would be $25 or less. So not so bad really.

We paid about 250 for a daytime trail guide at Paragon. We had about 12 drivers.

That's too bad, the original owners were always very cool. I hope the new owners are the same.

Ya know what... I'll pitch in and pay for half of the night run. That will make it much easier on everyone.

i am still planning to attend the run but i am now facing on a full rebuild of my truck due to a truck pulling out in front of me but im really sure ill be done since its my dd

i would be up for it, and for paying my part of the full cost. since i'm not goin too far, my expenses for this trip are way down. i'm even going to con my dad into paying for the gas in the 250 to get down their since its his truck, and just because thats what dads should do :p i'll buy him lunch one day to return the favor.

I know it is still far away, but if you email everyone on the list and ask who wants to go on the night run, we just might be able to pay for most of it. I'm closest so I can chip in 50$ bucks on it too if need be. It is a totally different experience running trails at night.

I got an idea! How bout a 50/50 drawing on friday and saturday to make up the difference we don't raise? Just a thought?

I don't see why we should not split the cost evenly... I would be up for it (night run) and am willing to pay even $50.00 if need be...

I am up for the nite run aswell. I think it you tell everyone there is a fee for the nite run they will chip in.

Not sure about all of you but I am counting down the days already...

One more thing. I am willing to help anyone wrench on there truck if they need help to make this event. It seems at the last minute someone has something break or another excuse why they didn't come.

Send me a pm or something.

Eric

I could use a hand....or at least somewhere warm to work on mine sometime soon.

PM sent.

I'm hopping beyond hope i can get there with the SAS finished. If not I may have to just tow her up in near stock dressing, maybe whip up some sliders, point, and floor it LOL. I hope the creek isn't deep this time, i'd love to get down and play in there hehe, may have to work on further waterproofing it. Anyway, can't sign up right now as the future is too uncertain for me right now but i'm gonna bust ass to get there :D

Get busy CP....

Trying to...close on the house next week and that of course has to take priority over the trail rig. I did pick up some coils couple weeks ago from JayDubya over on rrorc (CableGuy) hopefully in a month or so I can start fully rebuilding the axles... then it's just a little bit of steel, tires, and a few misc do-dads haha. Turning into tech sorry, gonna bust my ass to get there :D
