ball joints or u joints?

i went to napa today and they only carry an kinda unknown brand of ball joints at 39.95 for lowers and close to 30 for uppers. I really want to order off rock auto but the thought of ordering stuff and running into problems when my DD is all apart worries me, has anyone had any problems with ordering from rock auto?

thanks, one guy says napas stuff is good and lasts about 2-4 years or less with wheeling. I do want to be wheeling eventually within a year or so. just dont wanna replace my ball joints again in two years.. Ill do some more research on napas brand and see what i find. I dont mind ordering off rock auto with the raybestos ones and moogs for the tie rod ends its just a matter if i get a wrong part or hit a snag im pretty fcked lol. and shipping is quite expensive to the NORTH (edmonton AB)

If NAPA, use the premium NCP series, not the cheaper MCP service grade products. GL

Correct. I've read the NAPA NCP ball joints are comparable, or same as the Raybestos Pro-
Grade or the Spicer top line. Some claim they are far superior to the Moog Problem Solver's.

thanks i found a picture ( of the premium napa grade ) on the design of the ball stud housing and they appear identical to the raybestos ones i was looking at because of that exact design. I will be tackling these once the 5 days of rain stops. Now to find timken seals

i did the ball joints, tie rod ends and u joints today. thanks for everyones help with parts and everything. I had to zip cut my u joints out but they turned out good. Thanks again everyone who helped me out.
