I was woundering if the bama chips or programers did anything for the shift points or firmness. I was thinking about getting one but the only thing that I really wanted to make sure it does is make the shifts firmer. Right know I am leaning twards just getting a B&M shift plus shift improver. If anyone has any info on either I'd love to hear it.

send a PM to doug904.... he will answer any questions you have...

i am almost 100% sure that the chips do have a guide to optimze tranny shifts

Well I just got looking closer at and the 70381 shiftplus wont work on my '95 because my trans code is a "T". Does anyone know if the 70383 for the '91 to '94 explorer would work? Or if there is evenone available for my X? Thanks

Doug's programming is spot-on. Tighter shiftpoints are his trademark. I've tried the handiwork of three different tuners and the shifting with his tunes is superior to the other two.

Definitely touch base with Bamachips. Doug's a great guy to deal with.
