Stock size shocks will work with a TT & shackles.
If you plan on going crawling and remove the rear sway bar, just get a shock thats got longer extension but has the same/less collapsed measurements. Sway bar removed will give longer extension numbers with the added flex.
IE...if your front shock fully collapses at 13", make sure the new shock collapses at 13" or less. The rubber bump stops will take care of the rest. The front shocks stay the same because your not changing the articulation numbers, your just changing the geometry of the Lower control arms with the TT.
You can cross reference the measurements by browsing the shock catalogs. Just pay attention to the mounts styles and the ext/col #'s. Rancho has a great PDF catalog download to use for cross referencing measurements.
5th shock or the dampening shock is a size of its own, and Bilstein makes a great one.
