battery light on HElp!!!!

I replace the alternator today with a new one and new battery but the battery light is on.Anyone have the same issue

It's more or less telling you it's either not charging or the battery needs charged. I would start it up and go for a drive for maybe 20-30 minutes. That should be more then long enough to charge your new battery which most likely sat on a shelf for many months.

Search Alternator. I've read a thread on here about grounds bad that give the battery light.
