bell housing bolt pattern

i have a 93 ford explorer eddie bower addition 4.0 and it blew up and i found a 94 4.0 i need to know if it will bolt up to the tranny

From what I recall when replacing my '92 4.0, '91 to '94 4.0's all share the exact same long block.
At worst, the '94 4.0 (stripped down to the long block) should be an exact replacement for your '93 4.0 long block.

thanks i wasnt sure if it would from what ive looked up on parts for the motor they take the same parts all except for the oil pan the oil pan takes a different gasket i might have to change a few thing but as long as the motor will bolt up that will be good.

i have another problem i need to know how to get to the motor mounts on my 93 ford explorer having trouble getting to them help
