bent bumper

my front bumper hangs low on each side of my explorer.....any ideas how to get it bent back into place without making a new one or buying a new one? thanks.

new aftermarket or junk yard bumpers are el cheapo.
It will never be right, but a chain and a post (or anything else to anchor too) work great

My bumper brackets were bent, so I took off the bumper and took a pipe wrench and bent them back... it worked nice, now my bumper hangs strait.. dont use a sledge hammer, unless you just want an excuse to buy a new bumper.
