I have a factory chrome wheel that's bent slightly out of true so that it causes a vibration at speed. Not totally trashed but I need to do something about the situation.
Can it be fixed or is the only cure a replacement wheel from the boneyard ? It looks like this one if it matters.

Stock 15X7 wheel with chrome plateing. Also if you have one taking up space let me know and I'll make you an offer for it.

Thanks

new !

There is no fix for it. You need a new one and most likely you can use the bent one for your spare. :D

you can have it fixed, usually 100-150 bucks, california chrome wheels has fixed a few of mine. Do a net search and you'll find it.
but shop around on the net, there is tons of places that fix rims. It will be perfect when fixed.

But then a new question arises. Is it cheaper to buy a stock rim from eBay / from someone on here, or pay the $100-$150 to have it fixed?

Looks like I will spend the weekend in the boneyard looking for a wheel. I expect-hope to find a good one for 50-75 USD.

Am I totally outta line on pricing ?

Definitely not, on eBay some sets go for that much.
