Hmm...

Yeah...the JL 500/1 would be an excellent choice...also check out any of the Rockford Fosgate Amps...from my own experience, a RF Amp with any JL Sub is an excellent choice. Also, are those 10 W3 DVC or SVC, and how do you have them wired...and what Ohm Amp are you looking for?

The 500/1 or maybe a Fosgate 600 would be perfect for those 2 10 W3's...but that's just my opinion.

JL 500/1.

lol, is that what you were using on the subs?

i would get a rockford amp to match your other amp. normally i'd suggest mtx, but do rockford since it will match.

i think jl is a disease that only afflicts those who haven't explored other options, but there is also nothing wrong with their amp. it would work great too for your set-up but then your amps won't match and you'll have $250 less in your pocket than if you went with rockford (and your system will sound the same)

The subs are Dual Voice coil(DVC) and i have them wired in series. i really dont know what ohm im looking for. which is better? Im just trying to get the best sound for the best price. But i dont want to compromise quality. I want to build my system only once! Thanks for the previous helpful advice.

if they are dual 4's wired series then paralleled together you got a 4 ohm mono load.. sooo you can look for an amp that makes its power at 4 ohms mono... or... parallel wire the subs (assuming they are d4's) 2 ohms each, parallel again to 1 ohm mono, and find a 1 ohm mono amp...

cost wise a 2 channel amp bridgable to 4 ohms would be a good choice.

your saying what I'm thinkin man.... :)

Okay, i just have a couple more questions:

My subs are rated 300w each. now i have two subs, so does that mean they will handle 600w wired together in series.

This is off the subjects. Caps- do i wire the cap after the distubution block closer to the amp or do i wired it before the block so it can supply both amps.

600 watts total, right.

Before, but still as close to the amps as possible, unless you prefer the meager power available be closer to one amp over the other...?

Thanks everybody for all the help you provided.
