best shocks????

what is the best shock option with a TT and AOL (2" over stock)? many guy's are running the monomax.... what do you all suggest? thanks, brian

Also, a stock length shock will still work with the small amount of lift that you currently have.

i understand that, but no one ever gets into great detail about all around performance and reliability. i read about price or a stiff ride, but nothing about how long they have had them on or reactions to different off-road situations in the lines of performance. i am not going to purchase something because of a answer "they work good, plus there cheap", thanks again brian!
