Hi everyone, new guy to the group and just had a couple tech questions. So I picked up a nice 99 Mounty AWD 5.0 and its about time to replace the tires. Its just running the stock 235/75 pizza cutters. I want to possibly put some 31's on it but will they fit? And what additional stress will it cause? Im so not worried about fuel mileage because its 15yrs old and has a 302. Not the most economical thing to drive everyday. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks Everyone

those tires will fit no problem. just search tire sizes on here and you will find the chart with all sizes and lifts needed.

I just bought the 31 x 10.5 General Grabbers AT2 (265/70R15), and there is no issue with them fitting without any modifications. Also I think Texas has a Discount Tire/American Tire shop and they will match the price from Tire Rack Online. I walked into the store, 2 days later I had 4 tires for $480.
