Black neon Lights

Hi....Where can I find the best and the brightest Black neon Lights... I have one of Street Glows Black neon lights...and i'm wondering if their is a better kind of Black Lights...

Street Glow's black lights are bright, however they seem to die on me alot.

I purchased some UV Cathodes from some guy online. They are VERY bright, and less than a pencil think. Fragile though, and not a built in transformer.

Blacklights don't "seem" to be as bright as a regular neon tube because they emit UV rays that are not able to be seen by the human eye.
