Got energetic and tore into the blend door problem. After reading various repair methods I fixed mine in about 30 min. using the drilling and pinning method. The hardest part is making sure you align the hinge and corelate it to the motor shaft for drilling, it works great. Just wanted to say what a great site this is. Keep up the good work. Thanks
