Blend Door problems?

Hi , I Got The Dash Hanging With The Steering Wheele On The Front Seat, And The Heater Box Split, Trying To Get The Dash Unstuck, On The Drivers Side. I Have The Kit From Napa, ( It Was Like Top Secret Info) Already Replaced Most Of The Parts Traking Down The Problem, Ford Knows Dam Well What The Problem Is When They Start Selling Every Part In The System , And Not Telling You That Its The Door. Very Nasty. So I Guess I Have To Find The Hang Up On The Dash,drivers Side, Get The Box Out, Pry Out The Door, Pry In The New Door , Count The Screws And Put It All Back Together? Any One Got Some Info , Thanks. Spending My Christmas Putting In This Dam Thing, Help!

It would be nice if you clearly stated your problem , and exactly which "kit" from Napa you purchased.
