blinking overdreve lite

97 ford exploer sport
my 97 exploer sport has a blinking od lite on and it won't go off it dosn;t seem to be on ,,the overdrive that is,, but the lite only any help????
 






It flashes because the ECU has seen a fault in the transmission and has set a code. Get the codes pulled and see what they are.
