Yes downstream of the catalytic converters, the two are basically the same.

My 98 OHV was a single inlet, single outlet muffler. I also had a y-pipe where as the SOHC went right into the muffler. I don't believe any SOHC exhaust kits will bolt directly to an OHV. But all the hangers and brackets after the muffler are the same, 2 door or 4 door. The difference between the 2 and 4 door is made up at the extension pipes from the cats to the muffler. HTH

yep, my OHV is also single inlet with y-pipe. have yet to see the sohc exhaust bolt right up unless like hunterdan said it would have to be after the muffler

My '01 SOHC exhaust has a single inlet/single outlet muffler. The pipes Y at the cat before reaching the muffler. Might just need a different extension piece to fit a 4dr OHV.

My bad, but seeing as the user has a SOHC, I think that kit linked to will work for the user since its a dual in.

yeah, my truck is dual in at the muffler and single out.

I have a line on a really good deal through my local parts store with all of their suppliers and flowmaster is one of them. But they only have a kit for the OHV, not my SOHC. I guess I will just call them and ask what configuration it is.

Thanks a lot guys.

yeah, my SOHC was dual in single out, now its dual in and dual out.
