Brake Lights

Hi! I am looking to buy some brake light bulbs that flash up red unlike the stock that are white. I have heard about something called Titan Bulbs but i have had a tough time finding them in the local auto shops. Any help would be great.

Do you have clear tails? If not why do you need red flashing bulbs?
