Brake Pressure

Please help! I cannot get brake pressure after my axle swap. What could it be besides a leak at the line? Master cylinder, diaphram, or perhaps wheel cylinders?

Did you bleed the brakes?

Mike, yes I cant tell you how many times I have bled them. I took the truck for a test drive and it will stop but the pedal was never this soft before. We changed the master cylinder, back bled the brakes, adjusted the actuating rod and checked rear drum clearance and all seemed fine. When the truck is off I can get really firm pedal that does not move but when the truck is on the pedal moves more than it did with the stock brakes. Any further help would be appreciated.
