brake problem

put new front pads on my truck, now theres a terrible grinding noise like metal on metal. any ideas ??

Click on the link in my signature and look for the brake job vids. You probably need to lubricate the slide pins or need new rotors.

Seems obvious but take it apart and make sure a pad isnt on backwards with the backing plate against your rotor! If it is you will need to replace the rotors and pads as only a short drive will destroy both.
