Breather diameters

I've been searching, and I find mostly 1st gen info, but does anyone know the diameters of the breathers on the 8.8s, 4405s, and Dana 35s?

I'm looking on my ford cd and not seeing any specs for them, I tried to measure and I cant get a realistic measurement.... I doubt it would be metric, but with ford...

If anyone knows off the top of your heads, thanks, if not, I guess I'll cut some tube and take it to Discount Auto Parts.

I believe I used 3/8.

Thats what I thought, but mine are a tiddle bit smaller... I got some vinyl tubing and its too big clearly.... but whats smaller than 3/8"s by not much? 5/16"s?

yup.

Whatever the sizes, I used plastic butt barb fittings to connect the wires. I only had 2, I ran them both into the engine bay and cut the ends at an angle so they met like a "Y" to go into a single small filter.
