Bridgestone Duelers

I've decided on probably getting some Bridgestone Dueler M/T's. I've only read good things about this tire, and the tread looks like it would fend well offroad. I read somewhere on this board that they are more of a 30" in the 31" size, so should I be safe running the 32" with shackles and spacers, or should I stick with 31"?
