Bringing my 03 back to life... help!!

I need a little help with this 03 with a 4.0 engine. I just had the battery replaced and 4 new top of the line tires put on. I got some goofy electrical issues im going to list below, any help would be appreciated.

1. Rear air/heat has a clicking noise when on, not a big deal, just not using it right now.

2. The power mirrors intermittently stop working from the little knob on the inside.

3. The cruise wont come on, the light on the cluster wont come on and the cruise wont work. Important one!!

4. The guy at NTB said the tie rods or the tie rod ends were nearing bad, but theres no play in the steering at all...How do i ck this myself? They wanted 500 to replace whatever it is!!

5. The interior light stays on when the truck is ran and turned off, has to be manually turned off. At night when running if we turn it off and on manually it stays off eventually???

Thanks a Ton, ya'll have saved me tons in the past. Especially with that stupid little fuel reset switch. LOL

Rear blend door actuator. There are 2 back there(different part numbers because one has more circuitry inside), I replaced both but only one was bad.

Jack the front of the truck up and grab the tire 3 and 9 and see if there is any play. If there is you will need either and inner or outer tie rod end. It's easier if you have some one look while you check the wheel so you can see which one has play. Check both sides.
