Thanks for the help guys!!!!!..talked to Duffy today tons of knowledge and we about 40 mins away from each other...

4x4 junkie did you use a HP 66-77 bronco 44 or big bronco....I'm in the middle of solid axle swap on my b2 but are using 78 bronco axles and leaving them full width. I have the james duff extended radius arms for classic broncos, do you know of any snags that I'll run into....thanks for any help

Might want to look again at my build maybe a little bit closer lol. There's no 44 under there. :D

Edit:
Sorry, I guess you were asking 'bout my old Ranger project... (forgot I had that in my sig line). It was a big Bronco HP D44 that I narrowed. Came from a '92 so not the same thing as what you're dealing with.

I can tell you you'll probably need to space your radius arm mounts out off your frame a little so they aren't at an angle putting stress on your axle's C-bushings. Also spacing of your coil mounts over so the springs line up.
Probably the best thing to do is to simply take a look at some of the other rigs on here for some ideas.

Not sure what the laws are where you are, but tires sticking way out are a no-no in many areas, so you may need to find a way to cover them up if you're going full-width (the Pacer rubber flares like I have work great, and come in a wider 4.5" width now).
