Brown Wire - almost done help

guys, please tell me, is this the brown wire I'm looking for? I'm tired of guessing, this is in the drivers side passenger floor panel.

It will be a considerably thick wire. If you can, lift the carpet to see if any of them lead to under the seat.

I don't think that is the one.

Remove the seat, peal the carpet back and it will be obvious.
It is much larger than any wire around it.

Hard to tell in the pic but I think it is. It will be the only brown wire down there. And it will be a little bigger than some of the wires but the same size as some of the others.

No, Thats the wrong harness. To get to the correct harness you have to remove the drivers seats and find the harness going to the transfer case under the carpet. The brown wire is on the end of the harness and is the biggest one there.

Yeah I found the one under the seat and it is definitely the right one. I didn't really want to take out the seat so we ripped off the middle black piece thing on the dash and found the blue harness but really couldn't reach it either without taking out the whole dash. Since I only had about 2 hours to do this I am kinda frustrated with this whole thing so I will have to wait till I have time to take the whole seat or dash off I guess. Thanks for input guys.

No that's one of the right harnesses. You can access it there at the door jam in addition to the one under the seat. The door jam is where I and a lot of other people accessed the brown wire.

So Birdman you don't need to take the seat or the dash off. That one in the door jam is just fine.

I did the brown wire mod so long ago I dont even remember were the harness runs to, I just remember taking seat out and running my wires to the door jamb. I really don't think the brown wire runs along the door jamb, I'm 99% sure that harness there is the one that runs to the back of the truck to all the junk back there. The harness that is under the driver seat has alot less wires, and it is easy to tell which wire to use. BUT I could be wrong, just my 2 cents.
