brush guard build

So last year at this I was driving to work an hit some black ice well off the road I went and into a telephone pole the bumper the grill and one fog where a total loss. So after about a month of getting parts and installing the to make my explorer look normal I took a good look at what was left of that bolt on brush guard I had and partly due to the fact I needed a "final Project" for the welding program I was in at the time an idea came to me and Im going to let the pics do all the talking let me know what u guys think
