thanks man, could not get the coil spring assembly in to save my life .... then read xplorergurus thread saying that the kybs and spacers couldnt fit ... but you saved my butt ... only took about 1 hour to put the front end back together ... thanks again brother

i have clearcoated them since the pics ... just used about 3-4 coats of vht nightshades
 






tails look sweet, also love the 2" hitch!!

I paid a craigslist fabricator $600 for it, I have yet to paint it.

Just a local guy, right across the pa border. Haha he said he would never build an X bumper again. He told me its the most difficult and complex bumper he has ever built

With the smittybilt xrc8 (95lbs) its about 200 lbs

The different parts are differnt thicknesses, the main body is 3/16"

cool cool might have to get some scrap metal from my wifes uncles fab shop and start playing around ... of course have to do something different than you lol cant stand "fitting in" haha
