Bumper Cover? Anyone seen one of these?

Passed a guy in a 02-05 explorer that had a bumper/hitch cover on it very similar to the ones that GMC and Chevy have for the Tahoes and Suburbans.

It said Ironman on it, anyone ever seen one of these before?
