you might want to look into a set of universal flares. you have to cut them to size, but they do the job. check out jc whitney, i think they stock them.

are you talking about the little rubber type ones that goes in the fender? those are pretty ugly looking. i have seen some people in here with nice fender flares......

i have them on my truck, they don't look that bad...not as nice as the bushwackers but not bad and much cheaper

They have the "Extended Fender" (is a 1.75" pull) on their site for the 95-98, which will work on your truck. There is even a PDF of instructions.

This is the style I had on my old truck.

For the front, the 89-92 ranger will work.

They really help keeping your truck from getting bedraggled.

The larger stock fender flares from the later model 95+ Explorers will also work.

Bushwackers look pretty but thats about it. Its a lot of money to have a rock or tree smash holes in or rip right off your rig. I just installed the Pacer Flexy 3" flares on my Ex and they look WAY better than I thought they would. I just needed them to be legal but they don't even look that bad.

have any pictures of the pacer flares? i ordered a set in at work for a customers b2 and he wasnt too happy. but ive always wondered how they look.

I took some time to make sure these went on clean but they were a really easy install and look great.

Pacer Flexy Flares. 3" Heavy Duty. (1/4" thick, no steel)
