I have a 1996 Eddie Bauer Expl. that has the infamous LOM problem...no headlights at all. I've read the very helpful info here (my first post) and have gotten to the "LOM out of console and in my hand stage". Problem is...it appears the thing is totally fried! It looks to have fried a 1/2 inch section on the front and back of the board. I've tried, in vain, to find this part and have come up empty. I've read the bypass posts and am wondering do I need to bypass the entire LOM? Can you bypass the entire LOM? I've also seen mention of a wiring harness direct to the lights? This vehicle has been bullet proof til now so I'm anxious to find a solution. Many thanks for any info!
