c-4 question

did they only come in a 4x4 version in the early bronco's?f-series never had a c-4 4x4 combo?

EB's or cars, never seen a F-series with a C4 in it but i havent looked into it that hard....

i used to have two different half tons with c-4's,but both were 2wdr.i want to know if they ever came 4x4,or is that combo only available in eb?
i am keeping the 4.0 for a while..my toyota i just parted had a 351 in it,and i'm sick of it for a while...
are the 4.0's not a good engine?i know they are not that powerfull,but that is not my concern right now,i just need reliable.
