You can just swap out the speedo gear. I still need to do mine cuz it's off by about 3-4 mph, and it is messing up my odometer, etc. Here is a quick write-up.

how much do you think it is off

how do i fix this problem!?!

You have to replace the speedo gear with another one with the proper ratio.

Site SEARCHing is fun, try it out.

ok man i will search to find it out!

You could also try a search on the RangerStation. They have a good 'chart' that lists the speedo gear drives by color and teeth.

print the chart out and put tape it on your dash :D
