cam chain tensioner

I just bought two new chain tensioner 4 my explorer98 im gonna
replace the old ones. so my question is it hard to do it or what. The place that i bought it from said no prob its easy.

are you talking about timing chain??? if this is the one its very hard to change

Cam Chain tensioners are on the top of the heads, on the Front on the right head and the back on the left head, you need to remove all the stuff on the top of the engine to get to em like the intake manifold then they just unscrew out of the head.

Do quick search it has been discussed around the place a few times, and there is a right up on it somewhere too.
