cam question???

can i just install a cam in my expo and do nothing else to the engine??? like i meen is after the cam install do i have to rebuild the engine? i have a 2000 w/ 50,000 miles... please help!!!

I suggest you search for other cam related threads for the 5.0, there are many of them.

And what other mods do you have?
