Update:
About 5 months ago, I had the cam tensioner and "O" ring gasket replaced.
In a more recent post I mentioned, I started to develop the same cam tensioner type symptoms - muffled marble sound on cold accelerations .
For those interested:
I stopped at the dealer today: the verdict - I'm getting the "cam guides fix" in two weeks.
The dealer was straight up - He said "if you are still having the problem, it has to be the guides so I'll order all the parts."
Who could agrue? I am not expecting "something for nothing", but what a pleasure it is to do business with people who don't whine and act like a cry babies.
